We will highlight the history and unique attributes of each state within the framework of Oregon wine. The tasting will be educational and interactive, with an emphasis on wine. Light food pairings will augment the versatility and deliciousness of the wine. The custom menu crafted by Chef Michael will be regionally and seasonally inspired to match each wine.

Biography: Thomas Price, MS
Thomas Price is a Master Sommelier, passing the exam in 2012. He is also the National Wine Educator of Jackson Family Fine Wine’s Estates Division. He is proud to represent wineries such as Cambria, Stonestreet, Freemark Abby, WillaKenzie, La Crema, Gran Moraine, and many others. Formerly, he was the head sommelier and educator at the Metropolitan Grill, Seattle’s premier steakhouse. He also owned & operated the Luau Polynesian Lounge until selling it in 2004. Just prior to passing the Master exam, he was the head sommelier at The Met.
