Chaminade Resort & Spa, a Benchmark Resort® , has announced the dates and wineries for its highly acclaimed Farm to Table Wine Dinner series that take place every season from May through October.
Celebrating its ninth season, Executive Chef Nicholas Church and his culinary team will be featuring the following local vintners:
- May 12th - Beauregard Vineyards
- June 9th - Summit to the Sea Wineries, Including: Burrell School, Loma Prieta, Wrights Station
- July 7th - Cinnabar Winery
- August 11th - Bargetto Winery
- September 15th - Martin Ranch Winery
- October 20th - Alfaro Family Vineyards & Winery
Through his carefully sourced and crafted menus, Chef Church takes guests on a culinary journey through the Central Coast showcasing the region's diverse abundance of fruits, vegetables and produce inspired by the seasonal harvest. Guests have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the vintners, Chef Church as well as representatives from the featured farms.
The evening begins with a wine and passed hors d'oeuvres reception at 6:00 p.m., on the outdoor patio with stunning panoramic views of the Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey Bay. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. featuring a five-course menu and carefully paired wines.
Reserved seating is not an option, as all guests are seated at large, connecting, beautifully set tables designed to invite open conversations amongst guests. Individual ticket prices for Chaminade Resort's Farm to Table Wine dinners are $110 per person all-inclusive. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Reservations are required.
