So you think you'd like to start a craft brewery? The Brewery Start-up course will provide you the information you need to assess whether you are ready to accomplish this goal. Course content will include topics such as identifying a location, basic paperwork required, common legal issues; government agencies involved, support you will need along the way, both internal and external, and licensing. Local industry leaders will guest speak on a variety of supporting topics.
You must be at least 21 years of age to take this course and have completed CB 0001: Exploring Craft Beer.
This six-week course is part of the Professional Certificate in Craft Beer through SDSU’s College of Extended Studies.
