While Champagne is popularly thought of as a wine for special occasions, it true fans know that it is made in a range of styles, and complements a greater variety of dishes than any other.
For ambience, the evening boasts the romantic music of classical guitarist Alexandar Barnett, who performs an extensive repertoire of classical and jazz music. For cuisine, we begin with delectable seasonal canapés and our Passionflower Cocktail, followed by Chef Jacques’ exquisite menu of la cuisine romantique.
