Please join Chef Jacques on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 11:00am for his ever popular Carnivore Lovers’ Valentine Cooking Demonstration and Luncheon. Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love and Chef Jacques will show you how to prepare a fabulous meal, for your special someone. The romantic menu features our Gruyère Cheese, Bacon and Virginia Ham Tart, Filet Mignon prepared with a rich truffle sauce, and - a certain aphrodisiac - a decadent Valrhrona Chocolate Truffle Soufflé. Oh la la! Love really does begin in the kitchen!
