This six-week course is designed to take the students on a journey through the world of craft beer. Each class will tap into a different area of craft beer. Some of the topics we will cover include; the history of beer, the craft beer revolution, beer styles, beer and food pairings, and many more. This course will serve as a general overview of craft beer and its role in today’s culture.
The course is part of the Professional Certificate in the Business of Craft Beer through SDSU’s College of Extended Studies.
