This course takes place over two Saturdays and will give true insight into the way wine is made by visiting a local winery. Learn the "from grape to table" philosophy as well as manufacturing, and operations of the wine business. Basic knowledge of state regulations will be examined as well as discussion focusing on how climate, soil, and perception relate to profit.  

The course is part of the Professional Certificate in the Business of Wine through San Diego State University's College of Extended Studies.
