In this one-day course, you will taste your way through wines from all countries, exploring red, white, sparkling and dessert varietals. You will also taste and describe the wines separate from the food. Then the fun begins, adding samples of various foods and re-tasting the wines. The class goal is to teach you how to identify what works, what doesn’t, and why not.
