Attention pasta lovers! Join us for this hands-on pasta workshop where you’ll learn techniques for preparing fresh pasta dough and create a variety of hand-rolled, stuffed, and machine-cut pasta shapes. Antipasti will be available to snack on throughout class, you’re welcome to BYOB, and we’ll conclude class with a pasta feast of your creations with a surprise dessert. This class will be led by Chef Dawn Wilson of artisanal hand-made pasta company, Pici Pastaria, who honed her traditional pasta-making skills at the rustic Slowfood restaurant, Officina della Cucina Popolare, while living in a small Tuscan town near Siena.
