Please join us for a tasting of exceptional wines from Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard, Wednesday May 6, 2015 at 6:30 PM. Starting with his first vintage in 1973, Jean-Marc set out to create wines that were true to the unique qualities, history and tradition of Chablis. Located in the valley of the Serein River, Chablis is the center of one of France’s eldest wine-growing regions. This region’s soil, made up of layers of limestone and clay, contributes to the specific mineral and salty flavors of Chablis wines. Jean-Marc sources from some of the very oldest and most famous vineyards in Chablis..
