Bistro Ten Zero Ones continues their series of wine dinners, with a wine dinner on Wednesday, August 27th. These dinners bring adventurous diners together for an evening of creative cuisine and fine wine in an elegant setting. Known for using farm fresh ingredients straight from Bistro's onsite garden, Executive Chef Chris DeGweck and Chef Steve Tourbon have created a exquisite menu highlighting what is fresh and local.
The evening will begin with a sparkling reception at 7:00 p.m., followed a 4-course dinner with wine pairings served at each course. Cost is $50 (tax + gratuity are additional) and a reservation is required through Local Wine Events. Payment will be taken at the event.
