Join Schubas' Harmony Grill and Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey on Thursday, March 13, for an evening of Irish spirits and fare.

We'll have special guest speaker Martin Duffy in-house to lead guests through a five-course meal and pairing designed to showcase the quality and craftsmanship of traditional Irish whiskeys.

Brands featured will include 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey, Kilbeggan, Connemara, Greenore, and Tyrconnell.

The Kilbeggan Distillery is Ireland’s oldest, continually licensed distillery, maintaining its licence for over 255 years.

The distillery is situated on the banks of the River Brosna, with plenty of access to the three natural ingredients needed for whiskey distillation – water, grain and turf. In fact, we still use the water from River Brosna to make our whiskey today.

A few words Chef Jean-Paul Fanuke:
As I think of this menu and of whiskey, I think of the smoky elegance and the unique charred flavor of this wonderful barrel aged libation, a note of perfection itself. I have been successful in combining the unique characteristics of a variety of whiskeys in this menu, each paired well with every course.

Enjoy and Slainte!
