"Drink Local, Eat Local and Buy Local" is the theme of Delaware's official wine and beer festival.  The only festival in Delaware where all the best wineries, breweries and distilleries that will sample vodka, rum and whiskey in the First State come together for one great event.  Love music, six local food purveyors serving everything from seafood to barbecue and gourmet pizza.  In addition, 50 select artisans and artists will show and sell everything from sea glass jewelry, paintings, photography, pottery, fused and blown glass and more, just in time for tax-free holiday shopping.  Keg tossing competition and corn hole tournament.

New this year:  Delaware Homebrew Championship!  We will award a grand champion and five ribbons in five categories for our inaugural event.  Categories will be:  IPA (American and Imperial); Belgian/French Ale; Specialty; American Ale (Pale, Brown and Amber) and Fruit Beer (must be made with Delaware grown fruit).  Semi-finalists will be judged by festival-goers and Grand Champion will be selected by BJCP-Certified judges.

This event -- Delaware's fourth annual and "official" wine and beer festival - takes place is the beautiful 19th century farm village on Silver Lake, decorated with farm foliage, a farm house, country store, country church and school house -- it's a beautiful way to spend the day.  BYOC&B (chairs and blankets) and enjoy a fun day on the farm!
