Overview

From poaching and braising proteins to classic stocks and sauces, teachers will discover powerfully effective culinary and teaching techniques to bring back to their classrooms. Educators will also learn exciting new culinary technology tips and tricks that are sure to keep students engaged and passionate about cooking.
