Meet two-time James Beard Award-winning authors Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg when they're hosted at The Butcher Shop, where they'll be signing copies of their award-winning books THE FLAVOR BIBLE, WHAT TO DRINK WITH WHAT YOU EAT, and THE FOOD LOVER'S GUIDE TO WINE.

The couple are former Bostonians who married at Biba in 1990 and now live n New York City.  Page earned her master's degree from Harvard, while Dornenburg got his start cooking with Chris Schlesinger at the East Coast Grill and with Lydia Shire at Biba. 

Once described as "the brightest young author team on the culinary scene today" on NPR, the couple's other books include the bestselling BECOMING A CHEF, the cult favorite CULINARY ARTISTRY, the James Beard and IACP Book Award nominee DINING OUT, CHEF'S NIGHT OUT, and THE NEW AMERICAN CHEF
