Dig in and soil your glass with some typicity-driven wines that’ll knock your knee-high socks off. Globetrotter Nicolle Shrem from David Bowler will make a special guest appearance and get up on her organic-touting soapbox. The theme of the night will be sustainably-farming small producers who have a flair for natural yeast expression. We’ll taste a natural white from the Sierra Foothills, an organic Rioja and an Argentine Bonarda.
