Amarone is considered one of Italy's finest red wines. To make Amarone, the ripest red grapes are selected from each bunch, and they are spread out on reed mats to dry. When fermented to dryness, these super-ripe grapes produce a heady, full-flavored wine that is velvety and rich with just a hint of sweetness. Learn the evolution of Amarone in this short and delicious in-store seminar presented by the U.S. Director for Masi Agricola, Tony Apostolakos will lead the discussion. Seating is VERY limited and reservations are required. Call today to reserve your spot! 708.354.0355
