Journey and savor the Mediterranean at Taverna Opa Orlando's new interactive wine dinner series. At this month's dinner, hosted by Christina Boutari, guests can expect a five-course tasting menu and Greek wine pairings from Boutar. To further educate, guests will be walked through each course and educated on the history, pairing choice and ingredient portfolio of each dish. As a take-home, each guest will receive a DIY hummus kit.
