WINE PAIRING DINNER WITH LEGENDARY ITALIAN WINEMAKER ANITORI
Trattoria Neapolis Chef Bryant Wigger, Wine Director Diego Meraviglia and legendary Italian wine maker Antinori will present a six course wine pairing menu for one night in the Trattoria Neapolis upstairs Wine Room on Wednesday, September 26th at 7:00pm. Limited to the first 25 customers. Reservations currently being accepted at (626) 792-3000. Alessia Botturi, Antinori representative and President of the North American Sommelier Association, will join us to discuss Antinori’s 600 year 26 generation history of winemaking and the wonderful Antinori wines we will enjoy that evening.
The wines will include Cervaro della Salla, the only white wine to receive the prestigious “3 Bicchieri” from Gambero Rosso 20 years in a row and Tignanello, the first Super Tuscan ever created, still one of the most famous and still one of the best. We’ll also hold a raffle for an extended personalized tour and tasting at Antinori’s Napa Valley winery Antica*

During the two weeks preceding this dinner, Trattoria Neapolis will host several Antinori related events including:
* A wine tasting with Alessia Botturi on Wednesday, Sept. 19th 6:30pm.
* Two additional Antinori wines added to our “by the glass” menu.
* The Tortellini in Brodo will be added to our regular menu with a
suggested Antinori wine pairing.
