End of Summer Italian Wine-and-Tomato Pairing Event with Restaurant James Randall & Enoteca La Storia.

Restaurant James Randall and Michael Guerra, Italian wine expert / owner of Silicon Valley's "Best Wine Bar - 2011/2012" Enoteca La Storia, have partnered to create a vine-to-table dining and Italianwine pairing experience celebrating a favorite seasonal ingredient: The Heirloom Tomato. 

Chef Ross Hanson of Restaurant James Randall will prepare a menu featuring a myriad of rare heirloom varietals grown in Enoteca La Storia's local, 100% organic Los Gatos gardens. To complement the menu, Enoteca La Storia's wine expert and buyer, Michael Guerra, will present wines carefully selected to enhance the flavors of each dish in the five-course menu. 

This is a unique opportunity to experience the culinary expertise of one of the most talented, seasonal ingredient-obsessed chefs in Silicon Valley while also learning about wine pairing from one of the area's most respected wine experts.
