the BCAE for our next “Behind the Line”, a culinary series that invites
top local chefs into the BCAE kitchens to teach a hands-on cooking
class. Become part of a working restaurant kitchen as the BCAE
transforms into a full service restaurant for the night. Under the
guidance of a top chef you’ll be tasked with prepping, cooking, and
presenting 12-15 dinner guests with a sampling of your dishes. Roll up
your sleeves, put on your sous chef coat and see if you have what it
takes! Join Russell House Taven's Chef Michael Scelfo for a night of
exquisite food that will excite and inspire.
