WINE 201
In our Wine 201 class, you'll learn all about the process of making wine: harvesting, destemming, crushing, fermentation, pressing, and final preparations to bottling. We'll cover oaked and unoaked Chardonnays, Rose, Rioja - French oak, Chianti and California Zinfandels. You'll leave with a much greater appreciation for how much work, passion, art, and love goes into making a fine bottle of wine. We suggest taking our Wine 101 prior to taking this course, as the instructor will be discussing some advanced wine terminology and concepts that require students come to class with a solid understanding of the basics of wine. While this is a more advanced class, it still will be a lot of FUN, as all our classes are! As with our Wine 101, you'll be enjoying some wonderful light appetizers and the ambiance of a private dining room.
