Local Wine Events

With a steady stream of 2009’s and 10’s(both excellent vintages) from the northern and southern Rhône, we figure it’s time to take another look at the genre. Some whites and rosés, perhaps a Tavel or two, will be in order, followed by some Grenache driven blends from the south, Châteauneuf du Pape and other Cru(villages). We’ll round out the show with a selection of Syrah based wines from the north, Crozes-Hermitage, St. Joseph, Côte-Rôtie and Cornas will all be considerations. Naturally, appropriate cheese, olive tepanade and other nibbles will be provided. $34.00
