Chillingsworth, a Michelin-rated restaurant is hosting a very special Cooking Class & Luncheon on Sunday August 19th with Amy Reiley, aphrodisiac foods expert and author of the newly released cookbook, "Romancing the Stove" with her friend, Annette Tomei, Chef-Instructor at NYC's acclaimed International Culinary Center and cookbook author. Chillingswoth's own chef-owner Nitzi Rabin will "assist'… Recipes provided!! In celebration of Julia Child's 100th birthday, the class will be patterned after Julia's (a frequent Chillingsworth visitor) cooking shows and celebrate the classic romance in Julia's cuisine contrasted with the simple, modern romance of Reiley's recipes. Wear you best Julia pearls and plan to join us at 11am in the Bistro, for the Cooking Class, followed by luncheon with champagne cocktails & Summer wines. $95 per person inclusive: demo, luncheon, wines, tax & gratuity.
