The Institute of Masters of Wine is offering registration for the 2012 Annual Champagne Tasting to be held at the Ferry Building in San Francisco in the second floor Port Commission Hearing Room on October 1, 2012. There are two limited tastings: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. This is the eighth consecutive year for this event, the largest and most prestigious tasting of champagne in North America. The tasting will include many exceptional Champagnes organized by style: Non-vintage, Demi-Sec, Vintage, Blanc de Blanc and Rose/Blanc de Noir wines. Tickets are $60.00 for either the 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm tasting and $100 for both tastings, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. No promo codes or student/trad discounts are offered.
