On Thursday, August 8th, Saison’s Co-Owner
and Sommelier Mark Bright and Winemaker Wells Guthrie of Copain will
host their first collaboration wine dinner together. The dinner will
take place in the feted main dining room of Saison.
The format will be a minimum of 12 courses prepared by Chef Joshua Skenes along with a lineup of 10 wines from Copain.
