The July 25 meeting features The Yeast Whisperer, Shea A.J. Comfort.  Mr. Comfort will share his knowledge and experience on working with different yeasts and malo-lactic fermentations in wine and beer, and fixing fermentation problems

Come see what SHW is about! Learning about wine making and enhance your wine appreciation knowledge.  You don't have to be a member to come to this meeting. Please bring a wine glass for your use.  SHW meets at 7 PM on the 3rd Wednesday of each month upstairs at the Turn Verein, 3349 J St in midtown Sacramento.
