On Monday, July 23, 2012, Dennis Max, executive chef Chris Miracolo and team invite you to enjoy the pleasures of the Harvest at Delray Beach’s first organic wine tasting.
Featuring wines from Lachini Vineyards and Deerfield Ranch Winery, perfectly paired with organic appetizers. These vineyards are at the forefront of this modern yet time honored style of wine making with sustainably and organically grown grapes. Their wines are celebrated for their rich and wonderfully complex flavors with lasting finish. They are known for being fruit forward, with gentle tannins and low acid. Their complexity and depth is recognized and enjoyed by both new wine drinkers and sommeliers alike.
This exclusive event, beginning at 6:00 PM, with limited seating, embraces Max’s ever prominent “Let the Land Speak for Itself” in ways guests have not yet explored and experienced.
