Chartreuse Cookout - the lighter side of Chartreuse
When most of us think of Chartreuse we think of a spirit more suited to colder weather and sitting in front of a fire rather than a lawn-chair in the sun. Always served ice-cold we thought a pairing with a casual cookout feel would help us highlight lighter applications for this storied spirit.

cool salmon is the perfect foil for the summer heat and we'll be pairing it with an herbaceous concoction guaranteed to contain it's perfect mate: pim's no. 1 cup.

Pork Tenderloin - caramelized fennel, roasted peaches, thyme
pig, herbs, fruit. that could be a top three list as easy as it could be a recipe. one of our favorite new cocktails will accompany.
