Labor Wines started, in part, by Corey Nyman. He lives and works in Las Vegas in the food and beverage industry. He took his daily labor of love and turned it into Labor Wines. With such small production, Nyman felt it was important to have Las Vegas the first city in the country to serve Labor Wines since it is his home. The produce only about 280 cases.

“Everything takes Labor to accomplish. Without Labor, there would be no end result and no satisfaction. Labor is the driving force throughout history of how to get things done. From Labor is the idea that hard work presents rewards and what better way to embrace that vision – from our hands to yours.”

The wines we will be featuring are:

2011 Pinot Blanc

Bright, flavorful white – great balanced acids and flavors of lemon and Granny Smith apple, along with lychee and Asian pear.

2010 Pinot Noir

The nose has a slight smokiness to it with red and dark fruits coming through the palate, finishing with chocolate, plum, and slate.

Just Rollin’ combines your favorite cultural dish along with sides, and rolls it all in one crispy fried wrapper or fresh rice paper roll. Other creations will include, but not be limited to using Seaweed, Tortilla, Phyllo dough, or simply creating a variety of sandwiches on a roll. Just Rollin' also features Korean Sweet Potato Fries that are dressed up with a variety of toppings, sure to make your mouth water. #Letsgetnaked

Hope y'all like Naked Burritos! That's a burrito in a bowl, no tortilla. Mix it all up and scoop it with chips, repeat until you are full. Leave room for seconds or maybe dessert!
