Summer is a special place in Italy’s popular region of Tuscany. Fried zucchini flowers, the famous bread salad panzanella, fresh sliced tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and bisteca fiorentina. Today Ronnie Grant selects Tuscan wines from all the major regions of Tuscany: Chianti, Morellino di Scansano, Bolgheri, San Gimignano, the Maremma, Montepulciano and Montalcino, including the great Brunello. Now get out the grill, slap on a thick cut T bone that has been dusted with sea salt and cracked pepper, and drizzle extra virgin olive oil to finish it. You’ll never taste these wines the same way again
