Italian Kitchen in Novato will host their first wine dinner on Monday, July 9,
beginning at 7:00 p.m. The $85.00 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) five-course
prix fixe offering with include wines from Tuscany and Umbria. A representative
from the wineries, from Italy, will be in attendance, as well as
representatives from the importer and distributor of the wines being poured.
is a place to gather and enjoy wine and handcrafted, socially responsible food
made with seasonal ingredients and prepared using techniques steeped in the
traditions of Italy. Restaurateurs Anthony and Jon Paul Pirraglia, working with
Chefs Rob Hurd and Ryan Favini, create menus showcasing modern Italian cuisine
prepared with locally sourced and sustainable produce and meats supplied by
area artisans, farmers and purveyors.
Italian Kitchen is located at 5800 Nave Drive, in the Hamilton Marketplace, in
