I am very excited to invite you to this special night of Italian wine, Italian food and Italian opera music. Robin Shay, the charming and informative export manager of Allegrini winery from Verona will come to Portland to promote the winery. The wines will be paired with food selected by the chef Francesco in a multi course dinner. For the first time, an opera aria will also be selected and performed by mezzo-soprano Meghan Scheibal to match the personality of the wine.
The dinner will be $49 per person tip not included. The chef is working on the menu. I will be more specific when the parings with the wines are decided.
