Have you ever been amazed that some folks can describe a wine with precision, while you struggle to get beyond saying it just smells like, well, red wine? This privately led tasting will provide you with an opportunity to train your nose to identify the different smells or components that are commonly found in different wines.

Once the component / aroma seminar has completed, you'll then have the opportunity to review at least six wines that we produce in a structured tasting paired with some local cheeses; allowing you to put into practice what you learned. The goal at the end is to make you more confident when describing what wines smell like, and provide you with a basic vocabulary of wine descriptions.

At the end of the session, you will also leave with a bottle of our wine.
