Paramour invites you to attend an exclusive wine pairing dinner with Matt Hobbs from the heralded Paul Hobbs Winery in Sonoma County, California on Thursday, August 23, 2012. Our event will begin at 6pm with a passed Hors D’oeuvres gathering in the Lobby Lounge where you can meet with Matt Hobbs and discuss the evening’s wine selections while tasting the 2010 Crossbarn Chardonnay. For dinner the Chef will be pairing four special courses with extraordinary Paul Hobbs wines from both the Russian River Valley and from Argentina.
