It's time for another "Italian Night" Ruth's Chris style featuring Chef's favorite Mediterranean inspired dishes paired with truly outstanding wines from both the old world and the new.
Course 1- Antipasto- Grilled Italian Meats and Vegetables paired with Estancia Pinot Grigio.
Course 2- Prime Meatball and Italian Sausage smothered in a rich marinara, topped with Buffalo Mozzarella and paired with Banfi Rosso de Montalcino.
Course 3- Filet Marsala paired with a flight of Rocco del Macie Chianti Classico and Classico Riserva.
Course 4- Ruth's Chocolate Zabaglione paired with Rosa Regale, Banfi
