Princeton, NJ – May 30, 2012 – Salt Creek Grille Princeton today announced its 4th annual Wine & Dine summer festival and community fundraiser, scheduled for Thursday, June 28 from 5-9 PM rain or shine. This year’s event will benefit Eden Autism Services, helping children and adults with autism and their families. Set up under big tents on the sprawling Salt Creek Grille lawn, Wine & Dine will once again bring together the best winemakers, craft brewers, cuisine, culture and music the area has to offer. One price ($60 in advance, $75 at the door) buys all-inclusive access to the evening’s festivities, which will also feature free giveaways, prizes, and more.
Guests at Wine & Dine will enjoy wine and beer samplings from around the world courtesy of Brooklyn Brewery, Kane Brewery, R&R Marketing, Winebow and Warren Distributors. They’ll also have the chance to sample an extensive selection from Salt Creek Grille’s newly unveiled “Fresh Reinvented” menu, prepared by Executive Chef Fabian Quiros with local meats provided by J. Vrola Meats, Incorporated. Meg Hanson & Mikey Jr. will provide live jazz and party music, with local radio station 94.5 WPST emceeing the event with a live broadcast on-site along and additional prizes and giveaways.
“Since we first launched Wine & Dine in 2008, the response from the community has been overwhelming. We’re so proud to have this opportunity to continue to give back, attracting more and more people each year to enjoy a wonderful evening and help raise awareness for a worthy local cause,” said Hugh Preece, Managing Partner, Salt Creek Grille Princeton. “This event showcases what’s at the heart of Salt Creek Grille’s mission – to deliver the best in food, wine, service, and ambiance while always supporting the community around us.”
“Salt Creek Grille Princeton has always been a generous and supportive partner to us,” said Aileen Kornblatt, Associate Director of Communications, Eden Autism. “We are so grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Wine & Dine event, which has truly become a fixture in the community each summer.”
Last year’s event drew over 200 people, and even more are expected this year. Pre-sale tickets are now available for purchase by calling 609-419-4200.
