Winemaker Cruise with Joe Queen of 4 Joe's Winery!!

Come and join us for a winemaker's cruise around the San Pedro and Long Beach harbors, with sites of the docks, cruise ships and , hopefully, the Queen Mary. Unlike most harbor cruises this journey will not be limited to just one specific area. The harbor is HUGE!! Let's see it all!!

And while we enjoy the sites we'll sample wonderful Rhone selections of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from Joe Queen of 4 Joe's winery which we will pair with exquisite delicacies from Julia Kadish of Small Wonders catering. Julia is a real spitfire and it shows in the incredible dishes she creates.

The cruise will be aboard the 83' Island Waters piloted by Captain James Sherk who spearheads the non-profit group, Recovery at Sea. Unlike any other recovery center in the nation, our holistic approach includes a seaside career training program that helps participants develop skills and knowledge in marine and other repair trades, which can bring employment and the chance to own one's own business. Program participants will gain hands-on experience restoring boats to useful condition while working in sail and power craft repair, as well as mechanical, woodwork and metal mastery.

They are a wonderful group and $10 from each ticket will be donated to their cause.
