Winter is a wonderful time to visit the North Fork and its wineries. Cozy tasting rooms, great wine, live music, and now through March 18 is the Long Island Winterfest featuring live jazz performances at select wineries as well as area discounts. Mention Winterfest and receive $5pp off the tour. One Jazz on the Vine concert is included in the cost. ($15pp value) Take the bus from Manhattan for local pick up or spend the weekend and receive front door pick up at area motels, Inn's and cozy B&B's. We travel in a comfortable 12 passenger van, and visit 4 wineries, a large, a small off the beaten path, an old and a new. A gourmet boxed lunch is also included served to you at your second winery visit with wine. Nominal tasting fee additional at last two winery visits. Spend the day with a local who knows and loves the area, each winery, and their wine.
