Are wine scores the final word on quality? In this wine tasting, you'll be the judge! You may be used to crunching numbers, but this time you'll do it with wine. I will teach you how wine critics, magazines, and judges score wine on the 100-point scale. I will explain the process that judges and critics use to taste wines and will guide you through a number of interactive exercises to help you truly understand tasting. You will create scores for a series of wines using this method and then get to compare your personal scores to the experts.
