The Chadwick Bed & Breakfast (www.thechadwick.com), Newfangled Eats (www.newfangledeats.com), and Wine Wise (www.winewiseevents.com) are teaming up to present another amazing season of cooking and wine education classes.  Limited to 8 persons.

The Chadwick Bed & Breakfast, located in the historic West End, will be the backdrop for your intimate and educational gourmet experience. Your cooking and wine class will be held around the big island in the kitchen, which comfortably fits an intimate setting of eight guests. 

You’ll get to learn and help prepare the food you’ll enjoy throughout the class as well as understanding how to perfectly pair wines. Plus, we’re there to answer all your food and wine questions!

Join us February 25th as we discuss the main characteristics of Southern Italian cuisine: its extreme simplicity and use of only the freshest ingredients. We’ll prepare a divine four-course meal paired with delicious reds. See, swirl, sniff and taste your way through some wonderful Italian red wines. Learn what makes these wines unique and representative of their region, and how to properly pair them with food. You’ll walk away with key information to help you navigate the Italian section of any wine shop.
