Donelan Wines | Wine Tasting Experience

Welcome to the Upstairs Private Wine Tasting Room at 32 EAST.  Join Jenny Benzie, Head Sommelier + CEO of Pour Sip Savor, as you Meet + Greet with Tripp Donelan, Director of Sales for Donelan Wines from California.  Taste and learn more about these small production, limited quantity wines from his family's eponymous winery while sampling small bites paired by Chef Nick Morfogen of 32 EAST at this casual, walk-around tasting.

A small, boutique winery located in Sonoma County, Donelan Wines is a famliy business in every way with a tireless pursuit of quality in their wines.  Their tagline which reads 'Wine is a journey not a destination' is apparent in their commitment to exploring new sites and discovering the best wines that can be produced from these areas.  These wines are available only through direct order from the winery and not at any retailer in South Florida - don't miss this rare opportunity to try before you buy!

                        An homage to Joe Donelan's mother; built upon a mineral character and terroir driven.  Melon,
                        citrus, chamomile, mandarin; well-balanced, focused and fresh.

            2010 Donelan Two Brothers Pinot Noir $55

                        Named for Joe Donelan's two sons; red raspberry licorice combined with a fog of spices that
                        includes cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of cedar.

            2009 Donelan Cuvée Christine Syrah, North Coast $45
                        Robert Parker 93 | The Rhone Report 92| Wine Enthusiast 90
                        Named after Joe Donelan's wife; reminiscent of Syrah from Northern Rhône.  Notes of black
                         currants, bacon fat, herbs, licorice and smoke in this elegant, rich wine.

            2009 Donelan Walker Vine Hill Syrah, Russian River Valley $45

                        Intense wine with explosive aromas of cherry, blueberry, maple and herb encrusted roasted
                        game.  Depth, richness, lots of texture and tightly knit with tannins.
