Fresh Mozzarella
Spend an afternoon with Pastry Chef and Vintner, Frank Zoll, as he teaches you how to make fresh mozzarella from whole milk. Only then after you have made your mozzarella curd you can learn how to stretch and form your fresh mozzarella. This is a true farm to table recipe.
