Local Wine Events

California Wines: While not uncharted territory, our featured wineries for the evening {Wind Gap, Samsara, Sans Liege and Vina Robles} are all small-production, unique producers highlighting some of the best of California’s Central & Coastal regions. I’ll admit, I’ve focused on Italians, Spanish, French, Chilean…basically anything but California, so this will be our first tasting featuring wines from my great homestate. But, these aren’t your granddad’s Cabernets (not that there’s anything wrong with a bold Napa Cab), we just want to feature vineyards that are producing wines from some of my favorite grapes: Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Vermentino, Verdelho, Viognier…is your mouth watering yet? If not, just wait ’til you see what Livingston brings to the table with small bites & appetizers for the evening all in a gorgeous setting within one of the National Register of Historic Places, The Georgian Terrace Hotel.
