Noé Restaurant at The Omni Los Angeles Hotel is pleased to host a specially crafted winemaker’s dinner on Wednesday, February 29. The culinary and wine event is the first in a quarterly series and features legendary Napa Valley winery, Freemark Abbey.  The unique five-course prix fixe menu was crafted by Noé’s Executive Chef, Glen Ishii, and paired with five Freemark Abbey wines.  The evening will commence at 6:00 pm on Noé’s outdoor patio, which showcases the stunning downtown Los Angeles skyline, with a meet and greet with Freemark Abbey’s winemaster, Ted Edwards.  Edwards, winemaster at Freemark Abbey for 27 years, is one of the region’s leading winemakers and is most noted for his highly acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignons.
