The public is invited to join the Independent Grape Growers of the Paso Robles Area (IGGPRA) for a seminar on Pesticide Safety Training and Regulations. The seminar will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at J. Lohr Winery Wine Center, located at 6169 Airport Rd. Paso Robles, Calif.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Lowell Zelinski, owner of Precision Ag Consulting on pesticide safety training as well as Jennifer Welch and Laura Hebert, agriculture inspectors and biologists discussing the laws and regulations affecting pesticide use in vineyards.

The seminar will be FREE for IGGPRA members and $20 for non-members. 2.0 hours of Continuing Education Credit (CEU) has been applied for.
