American Sommelier: Age (Ain't Nothing But A Number) Seminar
Monday, March 19th, 2012 (6:30PM-8:30PM) at Aureole New York
What is the impact of age on wine? Cellar time softens tannins, mellows the fruit, and in most instances makes a better wine. Or does it? In this seminar we provide you with the opportunity to smell and taste youth versus age. Decide for yourself what you enjoy by sampling five pairs of wines from two years old to nearly twenty. And see how the pairs pair with Aureole Executive Chef Marcus Ware's tasty treats.
This session will be lead by American Sommelier President and CEO Andrew Bell. Aureole Beverage Director Justin Lorenz will be on hand to lend his expertise.
