Quintessa Ambassador, Kelly McFadden, will conduct this extraordinary tasting event, exploring the unique characters vineyard at Ironwood Steak and Seafood restaurant (located in the PGA National Resort & Spa). This tasting offers a spectrum of rare wines from the renowned Napa Valley Estate, many of which are not commercially available.

A very exclusive barrel tasting is scheduled to occur before dinner. This is so exclusive that only 2 were allowed in all of Palm Beach County. The Barrel tasting is an incredibly unique opportunity to taste the three Cabernets grown in three different lots of the Quintessa vineyards.  These wines were drawn from the barrels and sent to PGA National directly from the Quintessa vineyards.  The barrel tasting will give all the guest participants the opportunity to taste the wines as the winemaker does at the vineyard before he blends them to create the new Quintessa.  Along with the Barrel wines, during the Barrel Tasting,  the guests will taste a 2006 vintage of the Quintessa (this also sent from the vineyard to PGA National) this is a real treat as well, since all inventory of the Quintessa 2006 are depleted,  and what is available is stored at the “Quintessa Library of older vintages”.
