Come enjoy an outstanding wine dinner paired with the wines of Sean Minor Wines. The dinner will be hosted by Hudson Austin of The Wine Merchant, ltd.
First Course
Caramelized onion and smoked gouda stuffed portabella mushroom topped with a roasted garlic tomato jam and drizzled with basil oil
Sean Minor Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course
Pan seared sea scallop served with bacon and green onion smashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and complimented with a truffled scallop cream
Sean Minor Chardonnay
Third Course
Chilled seared duck breast served over baby spinach tossed with red onions, English cucumber, goat cheese, honey sea salt pecans, and dried figs drizzled with red and gold beet vinaigrettes

Braised short ribs served over barley and onion risotto, roasted baby carrots and served with natural reduction
