Join us for the Exclusive USA Vintage Release of Paraduxx by Duckhorn Wine Company on Thursday, March 1st at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Winter Park. This five course dinner features the best of Ruth's Chris cuisine paired with the finest wines from Duckhorn.
First Course- Spring Greens & Strawberry Salad with goat cheese and toasted almonds tossed with Champagne vinaigrette paired with Migration Russian River Chardonnay.
Second Course- White Bean & Chorizo Soup with julienne baby spinach paired with Goldeneye Anderson Valley Pinot.
Third Course- Salt & Pepper Seared Lamb Lollipop with blackberry demi glace served with sweet potato casserole paired with Duckhorn Three Palms Merlot.
Fourth Course- Filet & Lobster Rockefeller served with red beans and rice and sauteed mushrooms paired with Paraduxx Napa Valley Red Blend.
Fifth Course- Chocolate Sin Cake with fresh berries and sweet cream- coffee & tea.
